Six Week Beginners Yoga Course for October Open For Bookings Now!

The beginners course is aimed at first time yogis or people that have been off the mat for a long time and would like a refresher before attending regular classes. We will be covering all the basics and demystifying the whole “yoga thing” along the way. The classes are fun, down to earth and technique focused giving you the skills and confidence to make yoga a regular part of your day. I will show how to work into each pose or asana step by step so you have the ability to judge your own limits at every stage and build up to doing a full class. We will also be looking at breathing techniques and relaxation practices too which are all a part of yoga. The first five weeks are workshop based and you will be emailed a weekly course companion with notes and links to helpful articles and videos so you can practice at home and refer back to refresh your memory. The sixth and final week is a full hour long yoga class where you can put your new skills to use and be presented with a certificate of completion at the end!

Mats and any accessories are provided for your use, although please feel free to bring your own mat if you would prefer. You just need to bring yourself and comfy clothes that you can move freely in.
