Taught by Anna Ainsworth, a registered yoga instructor, these classes are down to earth, fun and suitable for everyone with plenty of safe modifications along the way. Yoga is a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching with deep breathing and relaxation. It is designed to work your whole body and leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and happy in your own skin.
Wednesday: Yoga 6:30pm – 7:30pm at Zenith Fitness, 679 Tremain Ave, Palmerston North. This class is suitable for all levels as there are always safe modifications and options so you can work comfortably at your own level. (You don’t have to be a member of Zenith to come along to yoga but you will need to contact me to book your spot if you are not a member)
